Blush & Bubbles

Blush & Bubbles was created for our Galentine’s Day dinner—a carefully planned evening with a full menu, handmade place cards, and our favorite playlist humming in the background. Between courses, we shared stories about our best and worst dates, laughed over old crushes, and gave our hot takes on what makes a man a walking red flag. This drink captured the mood perfectly: bright, cheeky, and full of sparkle—just like the night.

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml strawberry syrup (or grenadine for a deeper pink)
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Optional: a pinch of edible glitter 

Instructions:

  1. Add syrup and lemon juice to a champagne glass.
  2. Slowly top with chilled Champagne.
  3. Optional: Add edible glitter for sparkle.
  4. Garnish with a mini puff of cotton candy on the rim (add just before serving so it doesn’t dissolve too soon!).
