The Hibiskus Spritz reminds me of Africa, a drink my mom used to make. We call it bissap—a hibiscus lemonade. It’s sweet, tart, and vivid red. Her adult version? A splash of lemon juice, vodka, and Secco. It’s become our go-to when we want to impress at a summer get-together.
